On the afternoon of March 14th, Shanggong Sewing Machinery (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. held a mid-term press conference for the 6S promotion and on-site management capability improvement project. It has been 6 months since the 6S launch conference, and this conference is to verify the practical achievements of the 6S project of Shanggong Zhejiang in the past six months.

Li Xiaofeng, Executive Vice President of Shanggong Shenbei Group and Legal Representative of Shanggong Zhejiang, Li Dong, General Manager of Shanggong Zhejiang, and the company's middle and senior management team attended the conference. At the same time, the company invited Wang Zhiwei, a senior consultant for the 6S project of Jianfeng Enterprise Management Group, and Ms. Dai Qin, the regional manager of Jianfeng Enterprise Management Group, to inspect the progress of 6S promotion during this period.

At the conference, as the General Secretary of the 6S and on-site management capability improvement project, Song Fanji summarized and reported on the progress of this project through three aspects: "work content, achievement display, problems and improvement measures". Through Secretary General Song's summary and analysis, it can be seen that the promotion of the 6S project in enterprises cannot be completed overnight. It requires all employees in Shanggong Zhejiang to improve step by step, striving to achieve improvement for everyone, constantly improving, and improving everything!
