In order to implement the goal of "Total Quality Management Year" and summarize the quality management work in the first half of 2024, on July 31, 2024, Shanggong Shenbei (Group) Co., Ltd. held a grand 2024 Quality Mid Year Conference at its Shanghai headquarters, Shensi Building. Zhang Min, Chairman and President of the Group, Ni Ming, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Li Xiaofeng, Executive Vice President, Fang Haixiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President, Xia Guoqiang, Vice President and Chief Engineer, and other members of the Group's management team attended the meeting. In the summary and speech of the meeting, Zhang Min commented on the communication and speeches of the relevant leaders and leaders of various enterprises, and fully affirmed the measures taken and achievements made by various enterprises in comprehensively promoting quality management activities in the first half of the year. How to truly understand quality first? Who are the real customers? Is the supplier the cooperating party B? Who is responsible for product quality? When will 'Made in China=Made in Germany' be achieved? Zhang Min provided in-depth explanations and discussions on the five major issues related to enterprise quality management practices mentioned above, guiding participants to deeply understand the true meaning of quality. He also required everyone to start from the basics, analyze and solve problems from the details, use scientific methods to simplify complexity, improve systematic and institutionalized management models, focus on practicality and not give up comprehensive improvement of product quality, and ensure the achievement of the quality goals set for the 2024 comprehensive quality management year. At the meeting, Li Xiaofeng and Xia Guoqiang respectively gave speeches on how to improve quality from the perspectives of marketing and quality innovation. The Technical Quality Department of the Group made a thematic report on the overall promotion of quality management by Shanggong Shenbei Group in the first half of 2024. The main responsible persons of 5 domestic manufacturing enterprises including Shanggong Zhejiang, Baifu Zhangjiagang, Shenbei Electronics, Butterfly Home Appliances, and Shanggong Feier, as well as 3 overseas manufacturing enterprises including Dukep Aihua, Baifu Industry, and Shounuo Ultrasonic, shared their views on the construction of the quality management system in the first half of 2024, the completion of quality goals, statistical data on quality problems and satisfaction, quality improvement measures, successful typical cases of quality improvement, and key work and plans for quality management in the second half of the year. We had in-depth discussions on the content of quality management work.
